How The Machine Works---XZM Ultrafine Mill
The Zenith XZM Ultrafine mill(Grinding Mill) is a new kind of machine for producing fineness and ultra-powder. The Grinding Mill is mainly used for grinding the materials, whose hardness is middle and low, moisture below 6%, and its Moths hardness should be blow 9 grade and non-explosion and non-flammability, such as: calcite, chalk, limestone, dolomite, kaolin, bentonite, steatite, mica, magnetite, iolite, pyrophillite, vermiculite, meerschaum, attapulgite, diatomite, barite, gypsum, alunite, graphite, fluorite, phosphate ore, potassium ore pumice, etc. The size of the finished production can be adjusted between325-2500 mesh.
Please add machinery grease: HJ-10 # to main reducer, until the grease surface reaches the half of oil window.
Please insure change grease every 3 months.
Please add machinery grease: HJ40 # to elevator reducer, until the grease surface reaches the half of oil window. Please insure change grease every 3 months. Please check whether the connecting for control system and corresponding motor is right, please insure there is no short circuit and incorrect connecting. After above checks, please begin commissioning test as following steps without any material.
1. Open the general switch on control panel.
2. Open the hammer crusher.
3. Open the elevator
4. Feed material to hammer crusher, and open the classifier when there are certain materials in the silo.
5. Please press the start button when frequency modulator light shining, then adjust classifier rotating speed (when classifier and mainframe work, they are clockwise rotation when you see from above.) The rotating speed of classifier is according the finial size requirement, it is about 100 rpm=100 mesh.
6. Open high pressure blower.
7. Open Ultrafine mill mainframe.
8. When mainframe fully run, open the automatic vibrating feeder, if the feeder still works when electric currency of mainframe above 100A, then you must pull left the finger of electric currency relay until the feeder can stop feeding material when currency is 100A
9. Open air compressor(add grease before open air compressor) adjust the press of pressure gauge on the bag filter to 8Kg, open water valve and change water in oil-water separator every shift.
10. Open pulse control system, adjust pulse frequency to 5 seconds
11. Opening discharge valve to receive the finished products when you prepared to pack finished products.

Please check whether every parts, pipe and coupling is well sealed.Please add machinery grease: HJ-10 # to main reducer, until the grease surface reaches the half of oil window.
